Thai Chicken for Crockpot

Another recipe to share this week :)

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
3/4c salsa
1/4c natural peanut butter
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp ginger
2tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

Place chicken in crockpot. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Remover chicken and if sauce is very thin, add 1tbsp cornstarch. Pour sauce over chicken and serve warm!
