Pesto Chicken

Another quick and easy recipe! I modified this recipe from a cookbook I own :) 

Pesto Chicken

1/2c store bought pesto 

chicken, boneless & skinless

1/2c low fat mozerella cheese

Preheat oven to 350. Spray baking dish. Spread 1/4c pesto on bottom of dish. Add chicken. Top with remaining pesto. Top with foil and bake for 30 minutes. CAREFULLY remove foil and add cheese. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes.
