I thought I'd start a new trend here for Wednesday's blog theme... Weight loss Wednesday. This is going to be a theme to help you and others. If you are currently not trying to lose weight, but more about maintaining health and wellness in your life and family, then simply post your tip of the week for others to read. Tip of the Week: Eat Breakfast. Every. Single. Day. And not just a granola bar... a GOOD breakfast!! Seriously, people! It is true what they say. It boosts your metabolism, gets your body going for the day. Don't skimp out on this meal. I look forward to breakfast everyday and my breakfast is usually somewhere between 300-400 calories.
